Lunatic Studio는 랜덤 스킬 디펜스 : 마법사편의 Lunatic Studio 계정과 그 데이터의 삭제 요청을 아래 경로로 받습니다. 앱을 다시 설치하지 않아도 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
1. 앱에서 요청: 게임의 설정 › ‘계정 삭제’에서 두 번 확인하면 삭제가 요청됩니다.
2. 이 페이지에서 요청: 게임의 설정 › ‘웹 삭제 확인 코드 보기’에서 확인 코드를 받아 아래 폼에 고객 번호와 함께 넣어 주세요. 확인 코드는 받은 때부터 30분 동안 유효하고, 게임에서 코드를 다시 받으면 이전 코드는 쓸 수 없습니다. 게임 기록 열람 신청(개인정보처리방침 9항)에는 같은 코드를 받은 지 7일 안에 쓸 수 있으며, 이때도 게임에서 코드를 다시 받으면 이전 코드는 쓸 수 없습니다. 5번 틀리게 넣으면 그 코드는 쓸 수 없게 되므로 게임에서 새로 받아 주세요. 고객 번호와 확인 코드가 맞으면 삭제가 요청됩니다.
다른 기기에서 이전 진행을 불러와 옮겨 온 계정은 옮겨 온 지 7일이 지나야 앱이나 이 페이지에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(그동안은 원래 기기에서 계정을 되찾을 수 있습니다).
3. 이메일로 요청: 앱을 이용할 수 없어 폼을 쓸 수 없거나 이용이 제한된 동안에는 아래 이메일로 고객 번호와 함께 요청해 주세요. 계정 주인임을 확인한 뒤 삭제 요청을 처리합니다.
삭제를 요청하면 계정이 바로 잠기고, 7일 뒤(대만 이용자는 30일 뒤) 계정과 그 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 대만 이용자는 회사 게임에서 Google Play 결제 국가가 대만인 구매가 있거나, 처음 접속했을 때나 최근 400일 안에 접속한 날의 접속 국가(IP 주소로 판별)가 대만이거나, 처음 접속했을 때 기기 언어가 번체 중국어(대만)였던 계정의 이용자를 말합니다. 잠긴 동안에는 그 계정으로 게임 진행·저장·구매와 이전 진행 불러오기를 할 수 없으며, 이 동안 결제한 상품은 지급되지 않고 Google Play가 자동으로 환불합니다. 그 안에 그 계정을 쓰던 기기에서 앱을 열고 ‘삭제 취소’를 누르면 삭제 요청이 취소되고, ‘새로 시작’을 고르면 그 기기는 새 게스트 계정으로 시작합니다. 그 기기를 쓸 수 없으면 아래 이메일로 취소를 요청해 주세요.
계정을 두고 일부 정보만 지우려면 아래 이메일로 삭제하려는 정보의 범위를 적어 요청해 주세요.

요청 내용: 고객 번호(게임의 설정에 보이는 12자리 번호), 삭제하려는 정보의 범위(계정 전체 또는 문의 기록 등)와 답변받을 이메일을 알려 주세요. 고객 번호를 알 수 없으면 구매한 상품의 주문번호 등 계정을 찾을 수 있는 정보를 알려 주세요. 회사는 계정 주인임을 확인한 뒤 삭제 요청을 처리하며, 앱에서 요청할 때와 같이 7일 뒤(대만 이용자는 30일 뒤) 삭제됩니다. 보호자·대리인의 요청은 그 사실을 알려 주세요. 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 추가로 요청합니다.
삭제되는 정보: 계정에 연결된 로그인 정보(기기 로그인 열쇠, Google Play 게임즈 연결 — Google에 보관한 연결 정보 포함), 고객 번호, 서버에 저장된 게임 진행(이전 사본 포함), 유료 다이아 잔액(잔액 사본 포함 · 음수 잔액은 아래처럼 남김)과 광고 제거 보유·7일 배틀패스 기간, 무료 다이아·골드·아이템의 획득·사용 기록, 게임 기록(로그인 기록, 판 요약, 하루 활성 기록, 첫 접속 기록 — 접속 국가와 기기 언어 포함), 부정 이용 의심 기록, 앱 무결성 판정 요약, 고객지원 문의 기록. 삭제 요청 후 7일(대만 이용자는 30일)이 지나면 운영 데이터에서 지우며, 서버 백업과 시점 복구 기록에 남은 사본은 그 뒤 각각 최대 35일·30일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 기기에 남은 사본은 기기의 앱 정보에서 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 광고 제공업체와 Google Play의 기록은 이 작업으로 삭제되지 않습니다.
남는 정보: 구매 기록(구매 토큰의 해시값·주문번호·상품·구매 국가·상태·시각)과 유료 다이아의 지급·사용·회수 기록(음수 잔액을 채운 기록 포함)은 법정 보존 기간(계약·대금결제·재화 공급 기록 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록 3년) 동안 다른 데이터와 분리해 접근을 제한하여 보관하고, 기간이 끝나면 삭제합니다. 음수 유료 잔액(환불로 생긴 빚)이 있으면 그 기록은 부정 이용 방지를 위해 같은 기간 동안 남깁니다. 이 기록을 잇기 위해 개인정보가 없는 계정 줄(내부 계정 번호, 만든 시각과 삭제 시각, 삭제 상태)을 남깁니다. 적용 대상·기간·사유를 회신합니다. 다른 지역의 법정 보존 의무가 적용될 수도 있습니다. 이용 제한 기록(내부 계정 번호, 대상 게임, 단계·기간, 사유, 처리 시각)은 경고·기간 정지는 끝난 뒤 1년, 영구 정지는 계정이 삭제된 뒤 5년 동안 남깁니다. 이용이 제한된 계정을 삭제하면 같은 Google Play 게임즈 계정으로 제한을 피하지 못하도록 제한이 끝나거나 풀릴 때까지(영구 정지는 계정이 삭제된 뒤 5년까지) 그 계정의 Play 게임즈 연결 토큰 해시를 남깁니다. 직원이 그 계정에 한 일과 서버가 이어 건 제한의 관리 기록(내부 계정 번호, 한 일, 담당 직원, 시각)은 5년 동안 남깁니다.
요청 결과는 적용 법률의 기한 안에 이메일로 안내합니다. Google Play 계정·결제 기록이나 광고 제공업체가 독립적으로 보유하는 정보는 해당 업체의 권리 행사 경로도 이용할 수 있습니다. 회사가 전달·협조할 수 있는 요청은 그 범위에서 지원합니다.
삭제 요청 후 7일(대만 이용자는 30일)이 지나 삭제된 계정과 진행은 되살릴 수 없습니다. 구매한 광고 제거·7일 배틀패스와 유료 다이아도 함께 사라지며, 같은 Google Play 계정으로 다시 설치해도 다시 지급되지 않습니다. 삭제는 자동 환불을 의미하지 않으며 환불을 원하면 별도로 신청해 주세요. 다만 대만에 거주하는 이용자에게는 번체 중국어 «網路連線遊戲服務契約（臺灣使用者適用）»(https://gamestudio.rookiss.ai/randomskilldefensemage/zh-tw/terms/)이 우선 적용되어, 계정을 삭제하면 그 계약 第十六條에 따라 쓰지 않은 유료 다이아를 30일 안에 돌려드립니다.
Request data deletion in English
You can request deletion of your Lunatic Studio account for Random Skill Defense: Mage (Lunatic Studio) and its data in the game or on this page, or by email without reinstalling the app. In the game, Settings › Delete Account requests deletion after you confirm twice. On this page, get a code in the game under Settings › View Web Deletion Code and enter it with your customer code in the form below. The code is valid for 30 minutes from when you get it, and getting a new code in the game makes the previous one invalid. For a game records request (Privacy Policy section 9), the same code can be used within 7 days of getting it; getting a new code in the game makes the previous one invalid for that request too. It also stops working after 5 incorrect attempts, in which case get a new one in the game. If both are correct, deletion is requested. If the account was moved from another device by loading its earlier progress, deletion can be requested in the game or on this page only 7 days after the move (until then, the original device can reclaim the account). Once deletion is requested, the account is locked and the account and its data are deleted after 7 days (30 days for users in Taiwan). “Users in Taiwan” means users of an account that has a purchase in our games with Taiwan as the Google Play payment country, whose access country (determined from the IP address) was Taiwan at first access or on any day of access in the last 400 days, or whose device language at first access was Traditional Chinese (Taiwan). While it is locked, the account cannot be used to play, save, purchase or load earlier progress; purchases made during this time are not delivered and are refunded automatically by Google Play. To cancel within that period, open the app on the device that used the account and tap Cancel Deletion; choosing Start New instead starts that device with a new guest account. If you can no longer use that device, email us to cancel. To delete only some of your data while keeping your account, email us with the data you want deleted.
If you cannot use the form because you cannot use the app, email lunaticstudio@rookiss.ai with the subject “Random Skill Defense: Mage – Data deletion”, your customer code (12 characters shown in Settings) or, if you do not know it, an order number or other details that help us find the account, the scope of deletion and a reply address. After confirming that the account is yours, we process the deletion request, and the account is deleted after 7 days (30 days for users in Taiwan), as with a request in the app. We ask only for the minimum information needed to verify that the account is yours. Parents or authorized representatives should state their role.
Deleted: sign-in information linked to the account (device sign-in key, Google Play Games link, including the link stored with Google), the customer code, game progress stored on our servers (including earlier copies), paid Diamond balance (including its copy; a negative balance is kept as described below), Remove Ads ownership and 7-Day Battle Pass period, records of free Diamonds, Gold and items earned and spent, game records (sign-in records, battle summaries, daily activity records and the first access record, including access country and device language), fraud-check records, app integrity verdict summaries, and support records. We delete these from active systems 7 days after the request (30 days for users in Taiwan); copies in server backups and point-in-time recovery records are then deleted automatically after up to 35 and 30 days. You can remove the copy on your device with app-data reset or uninstall.
Kept: purchase records (a hash of the purchase token, order number, product, country of purchase, status and time) and records of paid Diamonds granted, spent and revoked (including offsets of a negative balance) are kept separately with restricted access for statutory periods (Korean contract, payment and supply records five years; consumer-dispute records three years) and are then deleted. If a negative paid balance (a debt left by a refund) remains, that record is also kept for the same period to prevent abuse. To link them, we keep an account row with no personal information (internal account number, creation and deletion times and a deleted status). Other mandatory periods may apply. We explain the outcome and any exception within legal deadlines. Advertising-provider and Google Play records are separate; contact those providers for information they control, and we assist where appropriate. Account restriction records (internal account number, game, restriction level and period, reason and handling times) are kept for one year after a warning or temporary suspension ends, and for five years after account deletion for a permanent suspension. If a restricted account is deleted, a hash of its Play Games link token is kept until the restriction ends or is lifted (for a permanent suspension, until five years after account deletion) so that the same Google Play Games account cannot be used to evade it. Records of actions our staff took on the account and of restrictions our server extended to linked accounts (internal account number, action, staff member and time) are kept for five years.
Once deleted after the 7-day period (30 days for users in Taiwan), an account and its progress cannot be restored. Remove Ads, the 7-Day Battle Pass and paid Diamonds you bought are lost with it and are not granted again even if you reinstall with the same Google Play account. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases. For users residing in Taiwan, the Traditional Chinese “Online Game Service Contract for Taiwan Users” (https://gamestudio.rookiss.ai/randomskilldefensemage/zh-tw/terms/) prevails: when you delete your account, we refund your unused paid Diamonds within 30 days under Article 16 of that contract.
