이번 개정(위 시행일)에서 바뀐 내용: 3항에 미성년자의 구매 취소권(민법 제5조)과 신청 방법을 적고, 5항에 쓰지 않은 다이아의 구매 후 7일 안 청약철회와 상품별 청약철회 제한(게임 상점 안내와 같음)을 적고, 지급 거절·부정 취소이면 처음 한 번의 환불·결제 취소라도 5항의 진행 제한이 적용된다는 것을 분명히 했습니다. 또 음수 잔액은 게임에서 새로 얻는 다이아로도 먼저 채워지고 음수 잔액이 있는 동안 쓸 수 없는 것은 유료 다이아라는 것을 실제 처리에 맞게 고쳤습니다. 앞 판의 시행일은 2026년 10월 12일입니다.
01게임 이용
괴수 인 서울은 무료 다운로드 게임으로 광고와 선택형 유료 상품을 제공합니다. 이 게임은 만 13세 이상(한국은 만 14세 이상) 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 미국 텍사스주처럼 법률이 앱에 연령 확인을 요구하는 지역에서는 Google Play가 알려 주는 연령 구간이 만 0–12세이거나 보호자가 승인하지 않은 경우 게임을 이용할 수 없습니다. 거주 지역의 법률과 Google Play에 표시된 콘텐츠 등급도 함께 확인해 주세요. 이 게임은 온라인 전용으로, 이용하는 동안 인터넷 연결이 필요하며 서버 점검·장애 중에는 이용할 수 없습니다. 처음 실행하면 게스트 계정(Weed Studio 계정)이 자동으로 만들어지고 진행과 구매한 상품이 이 계정에 저장됩니다. 지원 기기·운영체제와 현재 버전은 Google Play 등록정보를 기준으로 안내합니다.
타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 결제·재화 기록을 위조하거나, 서비스 보안을 해치는 행위는 금지하며, 위반하면 7항(이용 제한)에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
02판매 상품과 공급
광고 제거: 전면 광고를 제거하고, 보상형 광고의 보상(골드·다이아·무료 업그레이드·부활·보상 2배 등)을 광고를 보지 않고 받을 수 있게 합니다. 일일·판별 횟수와 기존 보상 조건은 유지됩니다.
모든 괴수 해금: 지금 있는 괴수 10종과 앞으로 이 게임에 추가되는 괴수를 모두 이용할 수 있게 합니다. 스킨과 강화 단계는 포함하지 않습니다.
다이아: 1,000개·3,000개·5,000개 묶음으로 판매하는 게임 재화이며, 묶음마다 한 번만 구매할 수 있습니다. 게임 안에서 괴수 해금과 골드 교환에 사용할 수 있습니다. 다이아는 게임 진행과 광고 보상으로도 무료로 받을 수 있으며, 구매한 다이아와 구분해 관리합니다. 일본에서 구매한 유료 다이아는 구매일부터 180일 동안 사용할 수 있으며, 기간이 지나면 그 구매분의 남은 다이아는 소멸합니다. 다이아는 무료 다이아부터 쓰이며, 일본에서 구매한 유료 다이아는 유효기간이 가까운 것부터 쓰입니다. 별도 현금 인출·환전·이용자 간 거래 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
7일 배틀패스: 구매하면 다이아 1,500개(유료 다이아)가 바로 지급되고, 구매 시점부터 7일 동안 판에서 얻는 골드가 1.5배가 되며, 판을 마칠 때마다 쌓이는 패스 점수(승리 10점·패배 7점, 25점마다 1단계)로 15단계 보상(골드·무료 업그레이드·다이아)을 받을 수 있습니다. 자동으로 갱신되지 않으며, 기간 중 다시 구매하면 남은 기간 뒤로 7일이 이어집니다. 받지 않은 단계 보상은 기간이 끝날 때 자동으로 지급됩니다. 광고 제거는 포함되지 않습니다. 일본에서 구매한 경우 구매 즉시 지급되는 다이아에는 위 유효기간이 적용되며, 단계 보상으로 받은 다이아는 무료 다이아입니다.
가격·통화·세금 및 결제 조건은 구매 시점의 Google Play 결제창에 표시됩니다. 최종 구매 전에 상품 내용과 수량을 확인해 주세요. 결제와 검증이 완료되면 상품을 지급합니다. 승인 대기 중인 결제에는 지급하지 않으며, 결제가 완료됐는데 지급되지 않으면 고객지원에 주문번호를 알려 주세요. 오류로 과오금이 발생하면 확인 후 관련 법률과 Google Play 절차에 따라 반환합니다.
03미성년자 구매
미성년자(만 19세 미만)가 구매하려면 법정대리인(부모 등)의 동의가 필요합니다. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 구매한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 구매(계약)를 취소할 수 있습니다(민법 제5조). 다만 법정대리인이 처분을 허락한 재산(용돈 등)의 범위에서 구매한 경우(민법 제6조)나 미성년자가 속임수로 자신을 성년자로 믿게 하거나 법정대리인의 동의가 있는 것으로 믿게 한 경우(민법 제17조)에는 취소할 수 없습니다. 취소하려면 고객지원 이메일(weedstudio@rookiss.ai)로 고객 번호, Google Play 주문번호와 법정대리인임을 확인할 수 있는 자료(관계없는 정보는 가려 주세요)를 보내 주세요. 회사는 확인한 뒤 관련 법령에 따라 구매를 취소하고 환불합니다. 보호자는 Google Play의 결제 인증과 보호자 기능도 이용해 주세요.
04구매 복원·저장
광고 제거, 모든 괴수 해금, 구매한 다이아와 7일 배틀패스는 구매할 때 이용 중이던 Weed Studio 계정에 지급되어 회사 서버에 보관되며, 광고 제거와 모든 괴수 해금은 한 번 구매하면 계속 보유하는 상품입니다. 같은 계정으로 이어 하면 기기를 바꾸거나 다시 설치해도 유지됩니다. 지급이 보이지 않으면 구매한 Google Play 계정으로 설치한 상태에서 게임의 ‘구매 상태 확인·복원’을 사용하고, 그래도 안 되면 고객 번호와 주문번호를 알려 주세요.
유료 다이아 잔액과 다이아의 지급·사용 기록은 회사 서버의 계정에 보관됩니다. 복원하면 남은 잔액이 그대로 돌아오며, 이미 쓴 다이아나 이미 지급된 구매는 다시 지급되지 않습니다.
게임 진행은 회사 서버에 저장되므로 같은 Weed Studio 계정으로 이어 하면 기기를 바꾸거나 다시 설치해도 이어집니다. 새 기기나 재설치 뒤에는 같은 Google Play 게임즈 계정으로 로그인했거나 이 게임에서 같은 Google Play 계정으로 구매한 기록이 있으면 이전 계정을 찾아, 그 진행을 불러올지 묻습니다. 한 계정은 한 번에 한 기기에서만 이용할 수 있으며, 다른 기기에서 접속하면 앞 기기는 서버의 진행을 다시 받습니다. Google Play 게임즈에 연결하지 않은 게스트 계정은 앱 데이터를 지우거나 기기를 바꿀 때 기기 백업이나 구매 기록으로 찾지 못하면 진행을 잃을 수 있습니다. 데이터 삭제와 결제 환불은 별도 절차입니다. 다른 기기에서 이전 진행을 불러와 계정을 가져가면 원래 기기에서는 그 계정을 쓸 수 없게 되며, 원래 기기에서 7일 안에 되찾을 수 있습니다. 되찾으면 가져간 기기에서는 그 계정을 쓸 수 없고, 7일이 지나면 되찾을 수 없습니다. 직접 한 일이 아니라면 고객지원으로 알려 주세요.
계정 삭제: 게임의 설정 › ‘Weed Studio 계정’ › ‘계정 삭제’에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있고, 데이터 삭제 요청 페이지의 폼에 고객 번호와 앱에서 받은 1회용 확인 코드를 넣어 요청할 수도 있습니다. 폼을 쓸 수 없거나 이용이 제한된 동안에는 고객지원 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청하면 계정이 바로 잠겨 그 계정으로 게임 진행·저장·구매를 할 수 없고(이 동안 결제한 상품은 지급되지 않으며 Google Play가 자동으로 환불합니다), 7일 뒤(대만 이용자는 30일 뒤) 삭제됩니다. 대만 이용자는 회사 게임에서 Google Play 결제 국가가 대만인 구매가 있거나, 처음 접속했을 때나 최근 400일 안에 접속한 날의 접속 국가(IP 주소로 판별)가 대만이거나, 처음 접속했을 때 기기 언어가 번체 중국어(대만)였던 계정의 이용자를 말합니다. 그 안에 그 계정을 쓰던 기기에서 앱을 열고 ‘삭제 취소’를 누르면 요청이 취소되며, 그 기기를 쓸 수 없으면 고객지원으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정이 삭제되면 진행, 유료 다이아 잔액, 광고 제거, 모든 괴수 해금, 7일 배틀패스를 포함한 그 계정의 게임 데이터가 지워지고 되살릴 수 없으며, 같은 Google Play 계정으로 다시 설치해도 삭제된 계정에 지급된 상품은 다시 지급되지 않습니다. 삭제는 자동 환불을 의미하지 않으며 환불을 원하면 별도로 신청해 주세요.
05청약철회·환불
Google Play의 주문 내역과 환불 요청 기능 또는 회사 고객지원으로 신청할 수 있습니다. 국가별 강행법규에 따른 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
쓰지 않은 다이아는 구매 후 7일 안에 청약철회(구매 취소)할 수 있습니다. 상품별 청약철회는 게임 상점의 안내와 같이 다음과 같습니다.
· 다이아 1,000개·3,000개·5,000개: 쓰지 않은 다이아는 구매 후 7일 안에 청약철회할 수 있으며, 사용한 다이아는 청약철회가 제한됩니다.
· 광고 제거·모든 괴수 해금: 구매 즉시 적용되는 상품이므로 청약철회가 제한됩니다.
· 7일 배틀패스: 구매 즉시 지급된 다이아를 사용했거나 단계 보상을 받은 뒤에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
청약철회는 고객지원 이메일로 고객 번호와 Google Play 주문번호를 보내 신청할 수 있으며, 회사는 쓰지 않은 다이아를 회수한 뒤 그에 해당하는 금액을 Google Play를 통해 환불합니다. 한국에서 관련 법률이 적용되는 경우에는 계약 내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날(공급이 더 늦게 이루어진 경우에는 공급받거나 공급이 시작된 날)부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있으며, 디지털콘텐츠의 제공이 시작된 경우 등 법정 제한 사유가 있는 때의 청약철회 제한은 법에서 요구하는 사전 고지·조치 등 요건을 충족한 경우에만 적용합니다. 나눌 수 있는 콘텐츠 중 아직 공급되지 않은 부분은 관련 법률에 따릅니다.
표시·광고 또는 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 공급일부터 3개월 이내이면서 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내 등 법정 기준에 따라 청약철회·환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 상품 미지급, 중복 청구, 결함, 필요한 보호자 동의 없는 결제도 사유와 적용 법률을 확인해 처리합니다. 단순히 ‘디지털 상품’이라는 이유로 모든 환불을 거절하지 않습니다.
환불·취소가 확정되면 해당 광고 제거 권한 또는 미사용 유료 재화 등을 거래 상태와 법률에 따라 조정합니다. 정상 플레이로 얻은 권한과 유료 상품 권한은 구분합니다. 이미 사용한 재화 등으로 확인이 필요한 경우 적용 기준과 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 결제 수단의 실제 반환 시점은 Google Play와 결제기관 처리에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
환불·결제 취소로 회수할 유료 다이아가 남은 잔액보다 많으면 부족분은 음수 잔액으로 남으며, 이후 구매하거나 게임에서 새로 얻는 다이아로 먼저 채워집니다. 음수 잔액이 있는 동안에는 유료 다이아를 사용할 수 없습니다. 광고 제거와 모든 괴수 해금은 환불되면 해제됩니다. 이 게임에서 두 번째 이후의 환불·결제 취소(광고 제거·모든 괴수 해금·7일 배틀패스를 포함해 구매 건마다 셉니다)로 음수 잔액이 생기거나 남아 있을 때, 또는 Google Play가 알려 준 취소 사유가 지급 거절(차지백)이나 부정 취소(본인이 한 결제를 무단 결제라며 취소한 경우)일 때에는, 그때부터 24시간 안에 음수 잔액이 채워지지 않으면 채워질 때까지 새 판을 시작(출격)할 수 없고 게임 진행이 서버에 저장되지 않습니다(기기의 진행은 지워지지 않으며 채우면 저장됩니다). 이 동안에도 다이아 구매, 고객지원 문의와 계정 삭제는 할 수 있습니다. 지급 거절·부정 취소가 아닌 처음 한 번의 환불·결제 취소에는 이 제한을 두지 않으며, 이 게임에서 대만에서 구매한 다이아(Google Play 결제 국가가 대만인 구매)가 있는 계정에도 두지 않습니다. 대만에서 구매한 다이아가 환불·결제 취소되면 그 구매분 가운데 쓰지 않고 남은 다이아만 회수하며 음수 잔액은 생기지 않습니다. 다만 취소 사유가 지급 거절이나 부정 취소이면 그 구매분을 모두 회수할 수 있습니다. 결제를 취소하지 않았는데 이렇게 되었다면 고객지원으로 알려 주세요.
7일 배틀패스는 구매 즉시 다이아가 지급되고 기간이 시작되는 디지털콘텐츠로, 지급된 다이아를 사용했거나 단계 보상을 받은 뒤에는 관련 법률에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며 이 사실을 구매 화면에서 미리 알립니다. 환불·결제 취소가 확정되면 그 구매로 늘어난 기간과 구매 즉시 지급된 다이아를 회수하며, 이미 받은 단계 보상은 회수하지 않습니다.
06서비스 변경·중단과 분쟁
서비스의 중요한 변경이나 종료는 사전에 게임 또는 홈페이지로 안내하고, 이용자에게 미치는 영향과 구매 상품·미사용 유료 재화의 처리 방법을 알립니다. 이 게임은 온라인 전용이므로 서비스가 종료되면 더 이용할 수 없습니다. 정기·긴급 점검 중에는 접속이 제한되며 점검 안내는 게임 안에서 알립니다. 법률상 환급·손해배상 의무가 있는 경우 이를 이행합니다. 긴급한 보안·장애 대응으로 사전 안내가 어려우면 가능한 한 빨리 사유와 복구 상황을 알립니다.
이용자는 장애, 콘텐츠 하자, 과오금, 환불, 이용 제한에 대해 고객지원으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 회사는 사실관계를 확인해 처리 과정과 결과를 안내합니다. 소비자 보호 등 거주 지역의 강행법규를 이 안내보다 우선 적용하며, 관련 분쟁 조정·재판을 받을 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
대만에 거주하는 이용자에게는 번체 중국어 «網路連線遊戲服務契約（臺灣使用者適用）»(https://gamestudio.rookiss.ai/kaijuinseoul/zh-tw/terms/)이 우선 적용되며, 이 안내와 다른 내용은 그 계약을 따릅니다.
07이용 제한
회사는 다음 행위가 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. ① 핵·매크로 등 회사가 허용하지 않은 프로그램을 쓰거나 게임 앱·통신·저장 데이터를 변조하는 행위 ② 버그·오류를 알면서 이용해 부당한 이익을 얻는 행위 ③ 부정한 결제, 결제 취소·환불의 반복적인 악용, 다른 사람의 결제 수단 도용 등 결제를 악용하는 행위 ④ 계정이나 유료 재화를 사고팔거나 넘기거나 빌려주는 행위, 대가를 받고 대신 플레이하는 행위 등 회사가 허용하지 않은 거래 ⑤ 다른 사람의 계정·개인정보를 도용하거나 회사 직원·운영자를 사칭하는 행위 ⑥ 서버 공격 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위 ⑦ 그 밖에 법령이나 이 안내를 위반하는 행위.
제한은 위반의 내용·정도·횟수·결과를 고려해 경고, 기간 정지(1일·7일·30일 등), 영구 정지 가운데 정하며, 가벼운 단계부터 적용하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 핵·변조, 결제 악용, 계정 거래처럼 중대한 위반은 곧바로 기간 정지나 영구 정지를 할 수 있습니다. 부정 이용 의심 기록이나 앱 무결성 판정만으로는 제한하지 않으며, 담당자가 사실을 확인한 뒤 제한합니다. 제한은 이 게임에만 또는 회사가 운영하는 모든 게임에 적용할 수 있고, 제한을 피하려고 같은 Google Play 게임즈 계정이나 구매 기록으로 이어진 다른 계정을 쓰면 그 계정도 제한할 수 있습니다. IP 주소로는 제한하지 않습니다.
경고는 다음에 접속할 때 앱 화면으로 한 번 알립니다. 기간 정지·영구 정지 중에는 앱에 사유, 제한 단계와 기간, 고객 번호, 문의 방법이 표시되고, 게임 진행·저장, 구매와 구매 복원을 할 수 없습니다. 이 동안 결제한 상품은 지급되지 않으며 Google Play가 자동으로 환불합니다. 제한 중에도 고객지원 이메일로 문의와 계정 삭제 요청을 할 수 있습니다.
제한에 동의하지 않으면 알림을 받은 날부터 15일 안에 고객지원 이메일(weedstudio@rookiss.ai)로 고객 번호와 이유를 보내 이의를 신청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 받은 날부터 15일 안에 결과를 알리며, 그 안에 답하기 어려우면 이유와 처리 일정을 알립니다.
기간 정지가 끝나면 유료 다이아·광고 제거·모든 괴수 해금 등 구매한 상품을 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다. 정지 중에도 7일 배틀패스 기간은 지나갑니다. 영구 정지는 중대한 위반에만 하며, 이 경우 남은 유료 다이아 등 유료 재화는 돌려주지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 돌려줘야 하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다. 제한이 부당했던 것으로 확인되면 곧바로 풀고, 제한 때문에 이용하지 못한 유료 상품(7일 배틀패스 기간 등)과 재화를 되돌립니다.

Changes in this version (effective date above): we describe a minor’s right to cancel a purchase made without a legal representative’s consent (Article 5 of the Korean Civil Act) and how to request it, state that unused Gems can be canceled within 7 days of purchase and list the cancellation limits for each product as shown in the in-game shop, and clarify that the progress restriction for a negative balance applies to a chargeback or friendly fraud even if it is your first refund or payment cancellation. We also correct two points to match how we actually process them: a negative balance is also offset first by Gems you newly earn in the game, and only paid Gems cannot be spent while your balance is negative. The previous version took effect on October 12, 2026.
The game is free to download and includes ads and optional purchases. This game is intended for users aged 13 and over (14 and over in Korea). Where the law requires apps to check age, such as in Texas, you cannot use the game if Google Play reports an age range of 0–12 or that a parent or guardian has not approved. Please also check your local laws and the content rating shown on Google Play. The game is online-only: an internet connection is required while you play, and the game is unavailable during server maintenance or outages. A guest account (Weed Studio account) is created automatically on first launch, and your progress and purchased items are stored with it. Supported devices and operating systems are shown on Google Play.
Remove Ads removes interstitial ads and provides rewarded-ad bonuses without watching an ad. Existing reward limits and conditions continue to apply. Unlock All Kaiju gives access to all current kaiju and to kaiju added to this game later; skins and enhancement levels are not included. Gem packs contain 1,000, 3,000 or 5,000 Gems, and each pack can be purchased only once. Paid Gems purchased in Japan can be used for 180 days from the purchase date; any balance remaining from that purchase expires after that period. Free Gems are used first; paid Gems bought in Japan are used in order of earliest expiry. Gems are usable for unlocking kaiju early and for Gold exchanges, and can also be earned for free through play and rewarded ads. There is no cash withdrawal or player-to-player trading feature.
The 7-Day Battle Pass immediately delivers 1,500 Gems (paid Gems); for 7 days from purchase, Gold earned from rounds is multiplied by 1.5, and pass points earned after each round (10 for a win, 7 for a loss; 1 tier per 25 points) unlock 15 tiers of rewards (Gold, Free Upgrades and Gems). It does not renew automatically; buying it again during the period adds 7 days after the remaining time. Unclaimed tier rewards are delivered automatically when the period ends. It does not include Remove Ads. For purchases made in Japan, the expiry period above applies to the Gems delivered on purchase, and Gems received as tier rewards are free Gems.
The Google Play checkout shows the applicable price, currency, tax and payment terms before confirmation. Products are delivered after payment and verification are complete, not while a transaction is pending. Contact support with your order number for missing purchases, duplicate charges or overpayments.
Minors must obtain the consent of a legal representative (such as a parent) before purchasing. Where Korean law applies (minors are under 19), if a minor makes a purchase without that consent, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the purchase (Article 5 of the Korean Civil Act), except where it was made within property the legal representative allowed the minor to dispose of, such as pocket money (Article 6), or where the minor used deception to make us believe they were an adult or had consent (Article 17). To cancel, email weedstudio@rookiss.ai with the customer code, the Google Play order number and material showing that you are the legal representative (you may hide unrelated information). After confirming, we cancel the purchase and refund it under applicable law. Parents and guardians can also use Google Play purchase authentication and parental controls.
Remove Ads, Unlock All Kaiju, purchased Gems and the 7-Day Battle Pass are delivered to the Weed Studio account you were using when you bought them and are kept on our servers; Remove Ads and Unlock All Kaiju are owned permanently once purchased. If you keep using the same account, they stay with you when you change or reinstall devices. Your paid Gem balance and records of Gems granted and spent are kept on our servers; restoring returns your remaining balance as it is, and Gems already spent or purchases already delivered are not granted again. If an item seems missing, use the in-game Check & Restore Purchases option while signed in to the purchasing Google Play account, and contact support with your customer code and order number if that does not help. Your progress is saved on our servers and continues on any device with the same account; an account can be used on one device at a time. On a new device or after reinstalling, if you sign in to the same Google Play Games account or have purchases in this game on the same Google Play account, the game finds your earlier account and asks whether to load its progress. If another device loads your earlier progress and takes over your account, the original device can no longer use it but can reclaim the account within 7 days; once reclaimed, the other device can no longer use it. After 7 days the account cannot be reclaimed. If you did not do this, please contact support. A guest account that is not linked to Google Play Games may be lost, along with its progress, if you clear app data or change devices and it cannot be found through a device backup or your purchases. You can request account deletion in the game under Settings › Weed Studio account › Delete Account or with the form on the data deletion page (your customer code and a one-time code from the app), or by email if you cannot use the form or while your account is restricted. The account is locked as soon as you request deletion, so it cannot be used to play, save or purchase (purchases made during this time are not delivered and are refunded automatically by Google Play), and it is deleted after 7 days (30 days for users in Taiwan). “Users in Taiwan” means users of an account that has a purchase in our games with Taiwan as the Google Play payment country, whose access country (determined from the IP address) was Taiwan at first access or on any day of access in the last 400 days, or whose device language at first access was Traditional Chinese (Taiwan). To cancel within that period, open the app on the device that used the account and tap Cancel Deletion, or contact support if you can no longer use that device. Once deleted, the account’s game data, including progress, paid Gem balance, Remove Ads, Unlock All Kaiju and the 7-Day Battle Pass, cannot be restored, and items delivered to a deleted account are not granted again even if you reinstall with the same Google Play account. Deleting your account does not itself request a refund.
Request refunds through Google Play's order/refund process or our support contact. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction apply.
Unused Gems can be canceled within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation for each product is as shown in the in-game shop:
· Gem packs (1,000, 3,000 or 5,000 Gems): unused Gems can be canceled within 7 days of purchase; cancellation is limited for Gems already used.
· Remove Ads and Unlock All Kaiju: these items are applied right after purchase, so cancellation is limited.
· 7-Day Battle Pass: cancellation may be limited after you use the Gems delivered on purchase or claim a tier reward.
To cancel, email support with your customer code and Google Play order number; we revoke the unused Gems and refund the corresponding amount through Google Play. Where Korean law applies, cancellation is generally available within seven days after receiving the contract information, or from later supply or commencement of supply. Limits for digital content whose supply has begun apply only when the statutory conditions, including required notices and measures, are met; divisible unsupplied portions are treated under applicable law. For content that differs from the description or contract, the statutory period generally requires a request within three months of supply and within 30 days of knowing or being able to know of the issue. Missing or defective content, duplicate charges and purchases lacking legally required guardian consent are reviewed on their facts. Digital format alone does not exclude all refunds.
After a confirmed refund or cancellation, the related entitlement or unused paid currency may be adjusted according to law and the transaction status, while legitimate gameplay unlocks are distinguished. We explain any review needed for spent currency. Payment-provider processing affects when returned funds reach you. Deleting app data does not itself request a refund.
If the paid Gems to be revoked because of a refund or payment cancellation exceed your remaining balance, the shortfall remains as a negative balance and is offset first by Gems you later purchase or newly earn in the game. You cannot spend paid Gems while your balance is negative. Remove Ads and Unlock All Kaiju are revoked if their purchase is refunded. If a negative balance arises or remains after a second or later refund or payment cancellation in this game (each purchase counts, including Remove Ads, Unlock All Kaiju and the 7-Day Battle Pass), or if the cancellation reason reported by Google Play is a chargeback or friendly fraud (a purchase you made reported as unauthorized), and the negative balance is not made up within 24 hours from then, you cannot start a new round and your progress is not saved to our servers until it is made up (progress on your device is kept and saved once it is made up). You can still buy Gems, contact support and delete your account during this time. This restriction does not apply to your first refund or payment cancellation that is not a chargeback or friendly fraud, or to accounts with Gems purchased in Taiwan in this game (purchases with Taiwan as the Google Play payment country). When Gems purchased in Taiwan are refunded or cancelled, we revoke only the Gems from that purchase that remain unused, and no negative balance arises; for a chargeback or friendly fraud, all Gems from that purchase may be revoked. If this happens although you did not cancel a payment, please contact support.
The 7-Day Battle Pass is digital content whose Gems are delivered and whose period begins at purchase; once you have used those Gems or claimed a tier reward, cancellation may be limited under applicable law, and we tell you this on the purchase screen. After a confirmed refund or cancellation, we revoke the period added by that purchase and the Gems delivered on purchase; tier rewards already claimed are not revoked.
We announce material changes or service closure with their effect on purchases and unused paid currency and meet applicable refund or compensation duties. Because the game is online-only, it can no longer be played once the service ends; scheduled or urgent maintenance temporarily blocks access and is announced in the game. Urgent security or outage action may require notice as soon as practicable afterward. Fraud, tampering, infringement and other misconduct may lead to account restrictions as described in Account Restrictions below. Contact us about defects, billing, service access or disputes. These terms do not waive mandatory local consumer protections, legal remedies or dispute-resolution rights.
For users residing in Taiwan, the Traditional Chinese "Online Game Service Contract for Taiwan Users" (https://gamestudio.rookiss.ai/kaijuinseoul/zh-tw/terms/) prevails; where it differs from these terms, that contract applies.
Account Restrictions. We may restrict your use if we confirm any of the following: (1) using cheats, macros or other programs we do not allow, or modifying the game app, its communications or save data; (2) knowingly exploiting bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; (3) payment abuse, such as fraudulent payments, repeated abuse of payment cancellations or refunds, or using someone else’s payment method; (4) buying, selling, transferring or lending accounts or paid currency, playing on someone else’s behalf for payment, or other trading we do not allow; (5) using someone else’s account or personal information, or impersonating our staff or operators; (6) attacking our servers or otherwise disrupting the service; or (7) other violations of law or these terms.
Depending on the nature, severity, frequency and consequences of the violation, we apply a warning, a temporary suspension (for example 1, 7 or 30 days) or a permanent suspension, starting in principle with the lighter steps. Serious violations such as cheating or tampering, payment abuse or account trading may lead directly to a temporary or permanent suspension. Fraud-check records or app integrity verdicts alone do not lead to a restriction; our staff confirm the facts first. A restriction may apply to this game only or to all games we operate, and other accounts linked through the same Google Play Games account or purchase records that are used to evade a restriction may also be restricted. We do not restrict by IP address.
A warning is shown once in the app the next time you sign in. During a temporary or permanent suspension, the app shows the reason, the restriction level and period, your customer code and how to contact us, and you cannot play, save, purchase or restore purchases. Purchases made during a suspension are not delivered and are refunded automatically by Google Play. You can still contact support and request account deletion by email.
If you disagree with a restriction, you can appeal within 15 days of the notice by emailing weedstudio@rookiss.ai with your customer code and your reasons. We will tell you the result within 15 days of receiving your appeal or, if that is not possible, explain why and when we expect to respond.
After a temporary suspension ends, you can keep using paid Gems, Remove Ads, Unlock All Kaiju and other purchased items as before; the 7-Day Battle Pass period keeps running during a suspension. Permanent suspensions are only for serious violations, and in that case remaining paid Gems and other paid currency are not refunded, except where applicable law requires a refund. If a restriction is found to have been unjustified, we lift it promptly and restore any paid items (such as the 7-Day Battle Pass period) and currency you could not use because of it.
